What to Expect

Choosing a chiropractor is an important decision, and your first visit should be a comfortable and positive experience. At Pebble Lake Chiropractic, every patient receives individualized care based on their unique health history, concerns, and wellness goals.

From the moment you arrive, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming environment where your questions are encouraged and your health concerns are carefully heard. Dr. Paul takes the time to understand the root causes of your symptoms and develop a treatment approach tailored specifically to your needs.

Your First Visit

During your initial appointment, Dr. Paul will:

  • Review your health history and current concerns

  • Discuss your health goals and expectations

  • Perform a comprehensive chiropractic examination

  • Assess cranial bone alignment and provide gentle cranial adjustments as needed in adjunction with cold laser therapy

  • Conduct a computerized foot scan to evaluate posture, balance, and structural support

  • Perform Nutrition Response Testing when appropriate to identify potential nutritional stressors affecting your health

  • Evaluate areas of fascial restriction throughout the body to determine where soft tissue and fascial work may be beneficial

  • Explain findings and personalized recommendations

  • Provide a chiropractic adjustment tailored to your specific needs and comfort level

Because every patient is different, no two treatment plans are exactly alike. Care is customized to your age, condition, lifestyle, and overall health goals.

Gentle, Personalized Care

Dr. Paul utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques, including gentle methods such as DNFT, making care suitable for infants, children, adults, seniors, and expectant mothers. Treatment is always adapted to the individual, with the goal of improving function, reducing discomfort, supporting the body's natural healing processes, and promoting long-term wellness.
